Party Planning Tips

Start planning at least 3 months before, the entertainers get booked up early, especially at weekends.
Book a hall, less stress and less mess! But Crazy M will of course come to your home if you prefer.
Get your invites out early so if anyone is not able to come, you have time to invite a reserve guest.
Crazy M provides free invitations for all parties, please just request how many you need!
Keep the food simple, small children don’t eat that much, especially if they’re excited. Give each child a plate of savoury food first and then put the sweet stuff out afterwards. Hot dogs and pizzas are easy and popular. Don’t forget a few bits of fruit and veg - some children actually eat them. Not forgetting sausages!
It will be best to give out any squeakers and blowers at the end, as you will say "sausages!" if they're constantly blown.
Whilst balloons bring colour, it's best not to put too many balloons out, especially on the floor, as they’ll soon burst, which can scare some children and distract the show.

Keep it simple - and join in the fun!

While it's nice for the adults to have a get together and talk, it can distract the children trying to watch the show - but being a mum, Crazy M know s it's sometimes difficult to stop talking!
Party bags need not be over the top. A piece of cake, a small bag of sweets or box of raisins and small toy is all you need. Why not choose the Crazy M party bags, which take all the hassle away from you!
At the best parties the adults join in too and if you take part your child will love it!
Balloons outside the venue are a great help for the guests (and entertainer!) to find you.
Remember to bring a lighter to light the candles for the cake. A single cup cake with a candle for the birthday child to blow out is a great option, to save spreading germs on the main cake.
Remember to bring bags or sacks to take any presents home.
Accessible parking for the entertainer is quite important. If you are able to arrange a suitable space to offload props especially Disco's, it makes the venue easier to set-up/tidy away.
